NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Miracle Automations does not guarantee: Income Revenue growth Client acquisition Business success Increased conversions Specific automation performance Any financial or operational results You understand and acknowledge that results vary based on individual effort, experience, consistency, marketing, business structure, follow-up, sales ability, and execution. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY Due to the digital nature of our products, systems, software access, workflows, templates, and automation services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, disputes, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, systems, workflows, automations, funnels, templates, branding, materials, training resources, graphics, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Miracle Automations. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the systems for your own business purposes only.

You may not: Reproduce Sell License Share Republish Modify for resale Distribute any proprietary content without written permission ACCOUNT ACCESS & TERMINATION We reserve the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: Violation of these Terms Misuse of systems Harassment or abusive behavior Payment disputes or chargebacks Fraudulent activity Unauthorized sharing of materials Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

No refunds will be issued upon termination. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Automations shall not be liable for: Loss of profits Loss of revenue Loss of clients Business interruption Technical failures CRM downtime Data loss Third-party platform issues Indirect or consequential damages All services are used at your own risk.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you to Miracle Automations within the previous thirty (30) days. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miracle Automations, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from: Your use of our systems Your business operations Your clients Violations of laws or regulations Breach of these Terms THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Miracle Automations may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms including, but not limited to: GoHighLevel Twilio Stripe Mailgun Zapier Google services We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical issues, suspensions, fees, or functionality failures caused by third-party providers.
